A project of a single-family housing estate on 50ha land consisting essential services like shops, playgrounds, sports fields, kindergarten, a senior club, a bar, and a restaurant.

The buildings have been shaped organically to adapt to the contours of the terrain, and complexes of single-family houses and terraced houses with neighboring spaces have been designed. There are neighborhood spaces in the estate, as well as a public space surrounded by appropriate services - which is the "crystallizing element" of the estate.

The concepts have been integrated into several urban details such as axes and dominants as well as viewing openings.
