The concept includes proposals for the functions of the areas, i.e. the distribution of basic services in multi-family housing areas, along with the design of the composition of the main axes, dominants, openings, and urban interiors with the use of distant views.

Project provides a solution for the communication service of the area, including the zone of ​​protected ravines and other green areas and water, including the designed low, medium, and high green areas, including squares containing playgrounds for children or green dominants.

Concept aims to create a group space for seniors in the eastern part of the study, which will be friendly to them and will not create barriers to their use. The proposed development for senior is two-story terraced buildings.
