New Sports Hall with School Corridor Extension and Interior Renovation for Willingdon School Community

It all begins with a need. This project included both new build and internal refurbishment works to accommodate 200 pupils. I worked on providing a new sports hall at the school, which included associated ancillary accommodation such as changing rooms, toilets, additional classrooms and offices. Approximate construction value of £2,750,000. I came up with the concepts of the building and, along with a Practice Partner, developed the design and completed drawings for the planning application. I continued to work on the project through RIBA work stage 4, assisting in the detail and technical stages, finally getting it ready for tendering.
