Renovation and Maintenance of Facades and Roof the Załuski Palace in Iwonicz

It was built in 1882-1883, in the style of classicism. It is a 2-storey brick building with an unused attic, partially with a basement, covered with a hip roof with a wooden structure, and a flat galvanized sheet. After analysing the state of preservation, we conclusions: Due to the representativeness of the historical building of the Palace, the cracked, swollen, salted and dirty surfaces of the façade should be renovated and maintained. At the same time, the deficiencies of plastered cornices should be supplemented. Visible significant flaws in the cornice at the left bay window are caused by rainwater overflow and snow and ice melting. Changing this state of affairs requires additional work on the roof slopes, increasing the area of gutters and downspouts.
