HMO Conversion to Multi-Family House in Bromley

The existing building is a significant detached Edwardian villa located in Bromley. It is a 3 storey building with apartments and HMO. Client want to remove the HMO accommodation and convert the building to a mix of 10 unit one, two & three bedroom self contained flats. We have designed one apartment to be DDA compliant. All apartments will be fully compliant with space standards London Housing Design Guide & National described space standards.
